DAY 01
Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Your luxury safari begins after breakfast with a drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a beautiful wilderness known for its ancient baobab trees, sweeping savannah and remarkable elephant populations.
Spend the day exploring the park on a private game drive, following the Tarangire River and surrounding plains in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and predators such as lions and leopards. Stop for a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your wildlife viewing through the afternoon. Later, leave Tarangire and travel towards Karatu for a relaxed evening at your lodge

DAY 02
Karatu → Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, travelling through the Ngorongoro highlands before descending towards the vast plains beyond. On arrival at Naabi Hill Gate, enter the Serengeti and begin your first game drive across one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife landscapes.
Enjoy a bush lunch before continuing through the afternoon in search of lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and the immense herds of wildebeest and zebra that inhabit the ecosystem. As the sun begins to lower across the plains, enjoy the changing colours of the Serengeti before continuing to your lodge in Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

DAY 03
Serengeti → Ngorongoro Highlands
Begin the morning with coffee or tea before setting out for an early game drive in the heart of the Serengeti. The cooler morning hours offer excellent opportunities to watch the plains come alive as predators and grazing wildlife become active beneath the rising sun.
Continue exploring Central Serengeti through the morning, searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and the many other species that make this ecosystem extraordinary. Around midday, begin your journey out of the Serengeti and towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, eventually continuing to the Karatu area for dinner and overnight. A hot-air balloon safari or Maasai cultural visit can also be arranged at an additional cost.Â

DAY 04
Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha
After breakfast, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. Surrounded by steep crater walls, this vast natural amphitheatre supports an exceptional concentration of wildlife throughout the year.
Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, hippos and the endangered black rhino, alongside an impressive variety of birdlife. After your game drive and lunch, ascend from the crater and begin the journey back to Arusha, Moshi or the airport, bringing your four-day Tanzania safari to an end.
