DAY 01
Arusha → Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, depart Arusha and begin the scenic journey towards Serengeti National Park. Travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with an opportunity to stop along the crater rim and admire the immense volcanic landscape before continuing towards the Serengeti.
As you approach Naabi Hill Gate, the highlands gradually give way to the vast open plains that make the Serengeti so distinctive. After lunch, enter the park and begin your first game drive, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, wildebeest, zebras and other wildlife as you make your way towards Central Serengeti. Arrive at your accommodation later in the day for dinner and overnight.

DAY 02
Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the remarkable landscapes and wildlife of the Serengeti. Begin with a morning game drive across the open plains, when wildlife is often particularly active and the cooler hours provide excellent opportunities for sightings.
Your guide will explore the areas offering the best wildlife viewing according to the season. Depending on when you travel, you may encounter the Great Migration, experience the calving season or explore the wildlife-rich plains of Central Serengeti. Stop for a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon game drive, searching for big cats, elephants, giraffes and the countless grazing animals that inhabit the ecosystem.
A sunrise game drive can be arranged, while a hot-air balloon safari is available as an optional experience at an additional cost. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

DAY 03
Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha
After breakfast, leave the Serengeti and travel towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for the final chapter of your safari. Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a vast volcanic caldera supporting one of the greatest concentrations of wildlife in Tanzania.
Spend the day exploring the crater floor, travelling through open grasslands, woodland and wetland habitats in search of lions, buffalo, elephants, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, hyenas and the endangered black rhino. Around midday, stop near the hippo pool for a picnic lunch surrounded by the dramatic crater landscape.
Later in the afternoon, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha. You will arrive in the evening and be dropped off at your preferred location, bringing your three-day safari to an end.
