DAY 01
Arusha → Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and travel towards Tarangire National Park for your first day of wildlife viewing. Tarangire is renowned for its ancient baobab trees, beautiful savannah landscapes and particularly large populations of African elephants.
Set out on a guided game drive through the park’s varied habitats, exploring open plains, woodland and areas surrounding the Tarangire River. Keep watch for elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, kudu and gazelles, while predators such as lions may also be encountered along the way.
After an exciting day exploring the park, leave Tarangire and continue to your lodge. Settle in for dinner and a relaxed evening before the next day’s adventure in Ngorongoro.

DAY 02
Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha
Start early, leaving the lodge at around 6:00 am for the journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On arrival, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive, surrounded by the dramatic walls of one of Africa’s most remarkable natural landscapes.
Explore the crater floor in search of wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elephants, hippos and an impressive variety of birdlife. The crater is also home to predators including lions and hyenas and offers an excellent opportunity to search for the endangered black rhino.
Around midday, stop for a picnic lunch near the Hippo Pool before continuing your wildlife viewing. Later, ascend from the crater and begin the journey back to Arusha. You will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport, bringing your two-day safari to an end.
